silicon wafers and ingots.

"Prolog Semicor Ltd" produce silicon ingots for Solar Industry and Electronics with diameters
of 2,3, 4, 5 or 6 inches in quantity up to 3000 kg per month.

The wafers are produced with diameters 2, 3, 4 and 5, 6 inches at quantity
20 000pcs per month. Our basic wafer parameters meet SEMI M1-95 standard.

We produce as-cut, lapped and etched, one side and double side polished
wafers
with Boron, Phosphorus, Arsenic and Antimony dopant, Prime Grade and Test
Grade.
Also we produce silicon wafers for solar cells.
