The KVend provides high-quality products, informed expertise and robust marketing strategies to generate a stable customer base, which in turn would result in growth in profits and subsequently increase AFE corpalth for shareholders. KVend is offering opportunities for businesses to increase their existing client-base as well as extending a unique opportunity to entrepreneurs who are looking to increase their income. They will serve as independent dealers and agents, providing the public with geographical sales of the KVends products. We do not have a RMA system. We provide 3-5% of spare parts that can be replaced within few minutes with simple tools. Dealers are responsible to keep appropriate stock level in order to operate their vending machines 100% of utilization. Warranty coverage is normally 3 years limited parts replacement. I am a sales executive working for the company from India and my work involves marketing of the companys products from India,without having to be physically present at the office in Korea. The company doesnot have any presence in India and is looking for exclusive dealership here.The company doesnot have any intention of opening an office or registering as a company in India.But it does intend to have a presence in India through dealers.
