APRODIT in Russian means:
Automation of Processes for Cleaning and Diagnostics of Pipelines.

APRODIT commercial serially made products include:
- Low-frequency (22 Hz) electromagnetic transmitters and locators for tracking of diagnostic and cleaning pigs inside pipelines (transporting oil, petrol, gas, water, etc.)
- Acoustic locators (radars) which detect in-line pig movement by sound amplification of the noises created by the pig moving through a pipeline

APRODIT also develop custom-built and limited production devices according to orders from our customers for particular transported media (oil products, gas, water) as well as for particular pipe diameter.

Such devises include:
- Pipeline cleaning pigs (including pigs with regulated bypass)
- Shape-measuring pigs (profilemers)
- Telemetry system based on the scraper-caliper pigs

Our original products are covered by patents.
For commercial products we have certificates.

Our specialists came from Russian armament bureau and diesel-locomotive-building works located nearby in Moscow Region. So our specialists have leading Russian engineering background and modern computer skills.

Since 1990th many of them worked in oil-and-gas industry. They participated in development of devices with unique characteristics for in-line diagnostics:
- magnetic defectoscopes
- ultrasonoscopes

Modern software programs are used in design and development.

APRODIT collaborate with Russian scientific centers and institutes in case detailed dynamic or fluid and hydrodynamic computer modeling and analysis is necessary for development of new equipment.
Also APRODIT has own industrial base for pilot and unique production.

There are adjusted production ties with the leading machine-building enterprises of the region.

All this enables us to deliver in time and with good quality. We also can develop and manufacture non-standard equipment for pipeline diagnostics to satisfy our customer needs.
