Our prices are negotiable and we do break bulk and containers shipment on FOB and CIF. Buyer or buyers buying on CIF and FOB payment term is hundred percent LC and hundred percent TT.
Buyer or buyers should observed the following conditions
SHIPMENT TERMS:CIF any safe world port OR FOB ORIGIN
LOADING PORT:Free Port Monrovia/Liberia
PACKING:in 20 ft. Container(s)/Bulk loading
INSPECTION:by Intertek or Bureau VERITAS (BIVAC Liberia).
PROCEDURES PROPOSAL:
1. Buyer issue LOI
2. Seller issues Draft Contract and FCO. If agreed buyer signed and returns
Contract draft, seller endorses with signature and return to buyer, the final copy For record keeping.
3.Buyer sends his passport copy or the passport copy of the person that will visit
For the Inspection of the materials during the time of loading so that the airport
Visa can be process for them.
Note: this step of the procedures is only required
If the buyer or representative will want to visit and service the loading of the
Materials. All Buyers or Buyer?s representative travel expenses will be at the
Expenditure of the buyers.  Buyer or buyers who want make LC payment must pay visit at seller?s yard in that they meet and discuss in details before signing the draft contract.  
4. Buyer or buyer?s representative upon receiving the visa fly over to Liberia for
The inspection of the loading. And once the buyer or his representative arrive,
the loading and shipment will commence immediately.
5. in the situation where the buyer or his representative did not visit. Seller will send the
Loading schedule to buyer after the both parties mutually signed the contract
Agreement and the loading will commence as per the schedule.
