1. Overview:
Dalmore International S.A. is a corporation legally constituted in Bolivia, whose core business is the production and distribution of ice cream, milk based products, desserts, jelly and fruit juices.
DALMORE INTERNATIONAL S.A. has recently acquired 99% of quotas of capital to the company INAL LTDA which was a privately-owned enterprise.  The total transmission of the company was on November 28th 2001.
DALMORE INTERNATIONAL S.A., distributes two lines of products:
1. Products elaborated in its factory under the names Panda (Diary products).
2. Imported and Distribution of Ice Creams and Desserts from Savory- Nestle-Chile trough INAL LTDA.
3. Distribution products from Nestle in all their lines and products.
In the first line of production has comparative advantages, based on their discharge technology, their wide variety of flavors and presentations, their wide force of sales, their accessible prices to the several strata of revenue and their wide positioning in the market.
INAL LTDA started its activities as a Society of Limited Responsibility In the month of May 1988, in La Paz - Bolivia. The main goal was to capture the Bolivian market of ice creams, achieving an important participation. This purpose has been reached by the company because now has gain the 42% of the national market of ice creams. INAL LTDA. in synthesis at the moment it is a company thoroughly positioned in Bolivian market with their products Panda. INAL LTDA. has a installed production capacity of 30,000 liters/ day of ice creams and of 50,000 liters/ day of juices.  
In the year 2004 Dalmore Int. establishes a Import/export division so it can commercialize INAL and other strategic partners products and acquire new lines for Bolivian distribution.  
1.2 Strategic alliances
MARBO INC.  The year 1994, INAL signed the contract for the production, distribution and commercialization of fruit juices under the registered brand TAMPICO. This relation concludes the year 2002.
