Evijas Eleo, Evijas Eleo, produces Extra Virgin Olive Oil derived from the best olive tree variety, the �koroneiki� variety. The koroneiki variety mainly thrives in the rough, rocky and rigid terrain of the Peloponnese region of Greece, subject to low rainfall, strong winds and high temperatures. It is the most renown variety of olive tree in Greece equating to 65% of Greece�s total olive oil production. It exudes the highest quality oil with respect to it's fullness of flavour and it's aroma. The koroneiki variety reaps a small fruit (in both size and weight) and a smaller harvest than other varieties. But it's oil is of superior quality. It's distinctive rich flavour and aroma is what makes it truly unique.
