My product is built from lumber which is twice as strong as oak, is fire resistant and water resistant. The panels are 4ft by 8ft and is 4 inches thick. This makes it easy to calculate the requirement of

The panel is double clad. This means that the hollow inside can be filled with an insulating material such as icynene which has an R rating of 4 per inch which means an R rating of 12 per panel. My production capacity is 90 units of 1000 sq ft per month.
The panels are attached with 6 inch bolts at 1ft centers giving a sturdy and resilient wall.

The panels will be connected to the substructure by J bolts which will be cast in a standard concrete slab with 3500PSI concrete. This connection is secured by securing the J bolt, which is cast in the concrete slab if possible or using a timber floor which is further insulated with icynene.
The heating of the units will be done by transparent panels at certain areas on the roof thus allowing constant light into the unit heating by the greenhouse
Effect. This can be done also artificially using baseboard heaters which will be supplied with the units.
We provide the technical support for installation with client providing local labour.
One complete units fits in a 40ft container.
The Design of the roof is suitable for Caribbean Hurricane conditions where wind speeds have been known to reach up to 150-200 Miles per hour. This is done in three ways.
1. shortening of the Eaves to 18 inches. This was done after observance of the effect of Hurricane Ivan in Grenada in the Caribbean that all roofs above 18 inches were blown by heavy winds of the cyclone and tornado effect.
2. use of Simpson Ties and clamps which connect the rafters to the walls assuring a sturdy and durable connection.
3. use of high density of screws on roof sheeting to ensure elimination of the orange peel effect.
The units can be supplied at the Cost of 25, 000. 00 USD CIF per unit with a 10 year warranty on workmanship.
