Impro Metallurgy is a progressive non-ferrous casting foundry speciliazed in high conductivity copper castings. Although the company is newly established, owing to the matchless experience gained in different companies since 1998, impro became one of the few non-ferrous foundries that can manufacture difficult castings to X-ray quality specifications. İmpro Metallurgy offers its customers not only the quality products but also technical services and competitive prices IMPRO METALURJI main target is to be a trusted partner for our existing and new customers working for new innovations to help improve efficiency and lower the costs Our company is capable to make castings up to 2000kg / piece . Spectral analysis, electrical conductivity, hardness, liquid penetration and other similar tests are made according to customers demand. All the other destructive and non destructive tests that are required, are being performed in technically adequate premises. Impro Metallurgy’s all investments are directed to the production of Electric Arc , Basic oxygen and Blast furnace spare part, that are all conform to international quality standards and all its production equipments have been chosen and are functioning in this regard. Impro Metallurgy also makes castings for pumps & valves and marine industries. Especially propellers, bushings, impellers, butterfly valves, all kinds of pump parts made of corrosion resistant Aluminium Bronze castings can be cast in our foundry. Though Impro Metallurgy owns not only all the necessary structures to satisfy the requirements of iron & steel , pumps & valves and marine industry but also to satisfy the requirement of any request that should come from any other sector.
