LABORATORY of OPTICAL CRYSTALS (LOC) is a manufacturer and global supplier of nonlinear Infrared laser crystals, such as ZnGeP2.
Utilizing more than 25 years of experience in the crystals grouth, LOC is a reliable supplier to many OEM customers.
At present the LOC`s staff is mainly performing works on two directions (in two areas) of high technologies:
- working out and development of technologies of production for optical and semiconductor single crystals;
- production of optical and semiconductor single crystals as Laboratory of Optical Crystalsll as preparation of different functional components based on these crystals (ZnGeP2).
The firm`s scientific activity is founded on close partnership existing between LOC and subdivisions of the Russian Academy of Science and Tomsk Universities departments relating to sphere of interest of LOC.
