First shipment within 45 days of operative financial instruments (see below "payment terms")
The company has the export license, rail and port contracts to get ore to port and loaded onto a freighter. All mines are operated with government registered permits. The seller operates 18 mines with total uncovered reserves of over 250 million metric tons with iron content of 63% and above. Mine(s) visit(s), licenses, contracts, and sgs report are available to the buyer, in Guatemala, after buyer provides bank pre-advise proving ability to fund the standby letter of credit or bank guarantee - see below "payment terms".

Payment terms:
Payment must be by an 8 month revolving letter of credit or monthly wire transfers, and a standby letter of credit or bank guarantee equal to 4 months' shipments. Buyer's financial instruments are protected; buyer deposits them in a blocked account at an acceptable bank in the buyer's name. All financial instruments must be irrevocable, non documentary, assignable, fully funded, not transferable and 100% available.
