Dear Sirs,

I am located in south east of Mexico
and I think I have an application for yPRODUCSUR, SPR de RL spray
freeze drying technology, may be I am wrong.

Here is my application.
We need to dry 5000 kg wet spirulina in 8 hours.
From the 5000 kg 10% is dry matter and 90% is water.
Therefore dry matter is 500 Kg.
Sugested water in dry mater is 5%, therefore is 25kg of water in dry matter.
At the end we have 525 Kgs of product and all the rest is eliminated.
Then
initial is 5000 kgs
final is 525 kgs
Total water to evaporate in 8 hours = 5000 - 525 = 4475 kgs water to evaporate in 8 hours
= 559 kgs water /hour

Very important, drying temp must be as low as possible in oxygen free atmosphere.
