Company Description

Sahin Dokum was founded in 1986 casting only gray iron. Now Sahin Dokum is casting its products on a 2000m2 covered, and total of 2500m2 facility.

Aiming to provide modern and high quality service to its customers, Sahin Dokum is serving by providing not machined gray and ductile iron parts to agriculture, construction and machine industries.

OUR PRODUCTIONS


With a capacity of 150 tons per week, our company has a maximum capacity of 1800 tons annually.

Furnaces
We use 2 peaces of 450 KW Induction Furnaces with 450kg capacity.

Providing;
From 1 kg to 1500 kg in Grey Iron  (Single part)
From 1 kg to 1000 kg in Ductile Iron (Single part)

Shoot Blasting
In order to reach required surface quality, we are using hand and automatic blasting machine.

In our Laboratory; Metalographic, Spektrometric chemical analysis, physical and machinal inspections and measurements are being made under DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance system.
