We produce plain white wheat flour which is free from pesence of any harmful ingredients. We use only quality, non genetically modified organic wheat of Ukrainian origin.
Our entire production process is based on regular quality control. All milling wheat is quality tested in our own laboratory before being milled. Before production starts we mill small quantity of wheat to test end-product properties, once we are satisfied with flour properties we start production. Our purifiers are equipped with sampling points, samples are taken and tested regularly to ensure required quality of flour in any portion of the parcel.
