Appearance: DATE (PHOENIX) PALM TREE
Tree Trunk: The structural part of the artificial tree trunk consists of a pole divided into several shafts, according to the overall height of the structure. The outer side of the palm trunk is covered with self-extinguishing reinforced plastic , resistant to UV rays and to atmospheric agents. The finish it very similar to the bark of natural trees with correct color matching.
Tree foliage: The branches of artificial palm trees are composed of a plastic stem and plastic leaves shaped and colored according to natural trees. The use of all plastic materials ------ ensures absolute radioelectric transparency with ?life like? behavior when exposed to the elements.
Galvanization: All steel materials are protected by hot dipped galvanizing in accordance with British Standards BS EN ISO 1461.
Plastic Parts: Artificial bark and branches shall be produced from hard polyethylene plastic obtained from injection mould.
Assembling: Similar to the erection of traditional or normal slip joint polygonal poles. The foliage is assembled on site by inserting the branches into special steel shanks, welded to the supporting structure of the pole.
Foundations: The foundations consist of a buried, reinforced concrete plinth. This work belong the buyer firm. This work can be made by our company with extra cost if it is required. Foundation construction details of palm monopoles shall be sent to the firm.
Trunk height avaible: 10-15-20-25-30-35-40m
