Reasoning that the most effective way would be through agriculture as everybody needs to feed, AOS Ltd sought an in depth understanding of our local industry and realized a clear and compelling need for a company that would accelerate agriculture from its peasantry state to a commercial value added status, thereby achieving sustainable food security.

AOS Ltd was therefore setup with the vision to be a world class organisation that is committed to superior customer satisfaction through continuous research and development.

Having reviewed the business model and identified all the critical drivers and success factors by seeking the input of professionals in the agro industry, financial services and consulting, we came up with a structured approach in order to achieve our organisational objective. These are short and long term. In the short term, the company will focus on the export market of commodities and resources as a source of financing the agricultural initiatives on a long term.
