Aquionics established in Perth, AQUIONICS DEVELOPMENTS INDIA PVT. LTD.stern Australia in 1973 before moving operations to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2000. This has allowed Aquionics a more centrally located and cost economical base to supply equipment and services, domestically and internationally.

In 2004, to service the growing demand from project related works, Aquionics formed Aquionics Developments.
