The Company is promoted by Mr. Sushil Jiwarajka who is a prominent industrialist is having more than 25 years of experience in diverse business fields like electronics, telecommunications, dry cell batteries and information technology. Currently he is the Managing Director of Salora International Ltd, the flagship company of the Salora Group of Companies (Group turnover US$ 350 million).

He deals with various multinationals from across the globe in several joint ventures including Ericsson of Sweden, Matsushita of Japan and Hewlett Packard of USA. He is chairman of FICCI Western Regional Council. Other positions include Executive Committee Member of ICC; Chairman, Indo-Arab Chambers of Commerce; Management Council Member, World Trade Centre, Mumbai; Charter Member, The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE); and Member, American Business Club.
