• I&＃39;m a luxembAssa Essencegish citizen who owe some organic olive grooves in Crete, Greece.I am producing first class, cold pressed, non filtered organic (biological) olive oil with an acidity level between 0.3-0.8%.My trees get special treatments,no pollution, no pesticides, a lot of sun, fresh air and no water. That increases the polyphenols and concentrates them on a higher level.
