HonYe Machine Co., Ltd. (Baoding Honye Machine Co., Ltd.bsite: www.HonYeMachine.com, former English name: Baoding Hongye Petroleum Prospecting Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) is originally set up in 1964 by "Bureau of Geophysical Prospecting of Ministry of Petroleum". In 2001, HonYe Machine became a share company with mixture of state-owned and private shares. "Bureau of Geophysical Prospecting", our mother company was renamed as BGP Inc. of CNPC. BGP is our biggest share holder. And BGP is the biggest land seismic operation company in worldwide. Since 1964, our company has been the biggest seismic equipment manufacture in China. All the Chinese seismic companies under Sinopec or CNPC are all our long term clients. In our company, we have many records of "first" in China^First unit of mechanical truck drill for seismic was produced by us in 1970. First unit of hydraulic truck drill for seismic was produced by us in 1984.First unit of man portable full hydraulic top drive drill rig (used in mountain) was produced by us in 1988. In 1980&＃39;s, the first unit of camp trailers used for seismic industry in China was produced by us. Innovation and continuous improvement has made great success to our business. In 1990&＃39;s and 2000&＃39;s, the speed of developing new products has been greatly increased by using computer aided design, 3D design and FE analysis. With the rapid development of Chinese seismic companies, especially the development of BGP, our companies has been developed greatly. We have the most strict quality control system in seismic industries. We have developed the most variety of models of drill rigs, transportation equipment and camp trailers to meet all kinds of working conditions: mountain, hilly land, plateau, farm land, desert, gobi, marsh area, sea-beach, transit zone, coastal area, forest and plain.Equipment produced by us that are used by BGP has got through the strict inspection by HSE supervisors from different oil companies, such as: Shell, Total, ENI, etc. Our production has greatly contributed the operation of BGP&＃39;s crew in over 40 different countries. Since 1999, our company has set up the production capability of 800 units of truck drill (equivalent), 100,000 units of parts per year. Now all the production, inventory management and sales are based on ERP system. Our ERP system in headquarter also manages the daily operation of 4 service centers which are thousands miles away. Since 1998, our company has obtained the ISO certification 9001. Now the version is ISO 9001:2008. Our company is qualified manufacturer with high level of automobile/ road vehicle modification capability. This qualification in China is obtained through China Quality Control Center according to CCC standard. In year 2012, our company has been entitled with "high-tech" enterprise which has gone through very strict qualification procedures. Thus our company has obtained preferential policy on tax and investment from government.
