China National Shipbuilding Equipment & Materials Corp. (shorted as CSEMC) is a state-operated enterprise of small commodities, materials, and equipment in shipbuilding line and related industries. China National Shipbuilding Equipment & Materials Corp. were established in 1989. CSSC and CSIC possess respectively 50 percent of our stock.

With headquarters in Beijing, CSEMC has ten subsidiaries in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenyang, Tianjin, Wuhan, Chongqing, Jiujiang, Kunming, Taiyuan, and Beijing.
