Chongqing DQ Valve professional in producing the valves ofvehicles、motorcycles、general machines and valve springretainers、valve split collets. Our company covers about 50 acre,has more than 500 sets of various of high precision machining andtesting equipment. The producing procedure of valves includeintegral series of totally enclosed operating from forgemodeling→heat treatment→machining of metals→hard alloy ofresurfacing welding on both conical surface and rod end→nitrogentreatment on surface→finished products precision machining. Theproducing procedure of valve spring retainers and valve splitcollets include integral series of totally enclosed operating fromraw material→cold extruding→heat treatment→fine machining→polishingtreatment. Now we have our own fund 50 million(no any loan), have1000 staffs.     We keep on striving and innovation. At present, the annual outputis 30 million of various inlet and exhaust valves, more than 120kinds of valves of gasoline machines、general machines, and valvespring retainers、valve split collets, Dadong has become the keyenterprise of Chinese valve industry.
