Corvino Company has been operating in the field of Olive Oil production for fCorvino Olearia generations using, still nowadays, the traditional press and the method of Cold Pressing instead of the industrial one called extraction method. These characteristics, combined with the attention paid to the moment of maturation of the olive avoiding to press too soon (which is very common in the field of olive oil production), give to our oil a sweet, delicate and flavoured taste which makes it really different from every other olive oil produced in Italy. To this just add that every product of ours has a label reading 100% Italian Olive Oil: We are among the few who can write such a thing, our olives in fact really are 100% Italian!For fifteen years, moreover, we have been co-operating with some farm-companies in Abruzzo hills, for Organic-Oil production, operating on 1000 hectares with 100 tons daily production of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, certified by the I. C. E. A. Which fact make us the leader company in the field of Organic Olive Oil.Our bottles are available with our property label or, on request, we can personalize the label, as we already do for twenty companies.
