GV Holdings, erstwhile Euro Group, established in 1987 has its HO in Dubai and operations in India, Tanzania, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Bissau and in Sudan.
The group was envisaged and created by a visionary of Delta Star time and Chairman, Mr. George Varghese, a businessman who has experience of over 30 years in doing business in Africa and Middle East.
We have our operations spread across the African continent and now moving on to Middle East. We do understand the increasing importance of Dubai as a commercial hub for the MENA region as see this as a major opportunity. In order to achieve this end we have already have moved our HQ to Dubai and started functioning.
There are totally 9 companies spread in 7 countries which makes up GV holding. With a considerable growth over the last few years we believe we are on our way to fulfill our dreams of serving all the countries in the MEA Region Completely.
We do have our presence in knowledge based industries as well, especially in the form of few tieups with IT industries and a group co located in Trivandrum. The group is also planning to move into technology sectors soon.
Sudan has been one of the focused markets in the recent past as the economy is picking and booming due to new found oil riches and GV Holding see it as an opportunity and have formed companies there for multiple businesses.
The holding company in Dubai is Delta Star which located right in the heart of the business district and also have another group co called Universal Electro-Mechanical Engineering Co. LLC engaged in the Electrcity and Water projects.
