Dongguan Shin-Bo Plastic Ltd. was founded in 1981, in Taiwan area. We created our production base in Dongguan in 1992. The main business of our company includes tooling fabrication, injection molding and metal punch press.

Our superiority is to provide all inclusive services for mechanical products, and we try to be a professional OEM manufacturer and a leading player in the industrial field.

With Injection molding, we have numerous injection machines, from 80 ton to 2800 ton, totally 275 machines. Injection methods include gas molding, double molding, heat and cold temperature fast molding, high speed molding, etc.

For the secondary operations like paint, pad-print, silk-screen, laser etching, sputtering plating and assembly processing are all in house.

Another core business is tooling fabrication, and our capacity for big mold is 40 sets per month and small one is 150 sets. Tooling plant is equipped with precision and various machine tools, all size of machine for CNC, EDM and hole driller. Our tooling plant has rich experience for selling mold to the oversea, like Mexico, Malaysia and East Europe.

Last core business of our company is metal punching press, and our punching factory called Priver which was merged to us in 2008. Priver has 123 punching machines, from 65 ton to 600 ton and 10 CNC pending machines. It also is equipped with two painting lines, liquid and powder painting and one ultrasonic washing machine. The mainly products are metal housing of desk top, server and TV rear case.

The most important reason that we integrated tooling, injection molding and metal punching is we want to provide a total solution for all our value customers.
