Epoint Systems Sdn Bhd (Formerly known as Scantouch Systems Sdn Bhd) is incorporated in 2002, EPOINT SYSTEMS SDN BHD is established by a group IT professionals with a strong passion to build, developed and deliver IT Solutions for the ever growing Point of Sale Industry. Establishing a strategic business alliance with one of the established company in this business, Epoint Systems Pte Ltd, we were appointed as the exclusive distributor for all their related software products for Malaysia. This includes providing consultancy, project management and training for all our customers in this country.

Our business approach towards our customer is to assigned project managers who have experience in project implementation and specializes in their own field namely Food and Beverage, Retail and Hospitality environment. With this strategic approach we have managed to provide services to some of our established clients such as Coffee Bean and Tea Leaves, Seasons Cake Shop, Lavender Confectionery, Genting Theme Park, Zouk Club Disco, Prime City Hotel and many more in such a short span of time since our establishment. As a matter of fact our impressive client base is growing at a rapid rate.

We have a team of established support staff who have extensive experience in handling all our product with the vision of providing excellent customer service, timely project implementation, competitive product and after sales services. We are providing services too for network and wireless application in a POS environment to keep pace with the ever growing need of our client need and the challenges that is being derived from all aspect of their operational requirement to assist them in growing their business.

Our resellers were carefully selected to assist us in marketing our product and we always believed in creating a congenial business environment with our business partners believing in a win-win situation for all parties. We are looking into expanding our business operations and we have recently been exclusively appointed to be the servicing agent of established Hotel Management Software in Malaysia by our business alliance in Singapore.
