Ersoylar Construction Ind. and Trade Ltd. Co. was founded in 1992. Ersoylar Metal is one of the biggest manufacturers of Ersoylar Construction Ind. And Trade Ltd. Co.lded Wire Mesh (Reinforcement Steel Fabrics) for buildings and construction. Our production facilities, located in Mersin/Turkey, have 5500 square meter closed production area and equipped with fully automatic machinery. In 2006, Ersoylar Metal audited and certified by MOODY INTERNATIONAL for implementing TS EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System. The main activity of our company is manufacturing welded wire mesh (Steel welded fabric for concrete reinforcement). All of our products comply with the international ASTM, DIN and BS standards. We also could produce special kinds of products with respect to your projects and orders. Our Company operates a fully equipped facility with 30 000 tons of annual production and this amount will be increased with our permanent investment policy. The standard sizes are 2.15 m. X 5.00 m. The width ranges from 0.70-2.75 m and the length from 2.00-6.00 m. The diameter ranges from 4.0 mm.-10.00 mm various combinations of different sizes within these ranges can be produced according to your special needs. The spacing between the horizontal and vertical wires can be from 5 X 5 cm up to as large as required for the project. We also produce Cold Drawn Ribbed Steel Bars and Stirrups. Additionally we could supply welded/seamless pipes, NPI-NPU-rails, flat products, sheets, construction nails and annealed wires.
