The idea is to useexisting relationships that the team have with farmers in the fruitindustry as well as overseas buyers to export fruit andvegetables.Our strategy to fill the gap in the market, where othersdo not operate by taking much smaller quantities of fruit from amuch wider range of growers and packers.By using the existing relationships on the buying side in variousparts of the world, ECS will also start focussing on non-perishabledry goods.
