Fong Yi (DongGuan) Precision Tooling Co., Ltd is a professional company engaging in checking fixture & jig of vehicle, a hi-tech intensive enterprise incorporating research, design, manufacture and maintenance. The mother company was founded in Taiwan in 1993 and built new plant in China 2005. Fong Yi (DongGuan) Precision Tooling Co., Ltd began to carry ISO9001: 2000 quality control system in 2009 and got the certification in 2010 . Making more than 1200 sets checking fixture and 4.5 million US dollars annual turnover , with 80 members in total, which includes 20 professional designers, 15 CMM measurement engineers, 5 QC engineers, and more than 20 technical persons in workshop. Business items including vehicle internal & external trim, Body & Stamping Parts checking fixtures and jigs. We have made C/F for Ford, GM, Volkswagen, Benz, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mazda , Chinese local motor companies and so on, which locating in Europe (UK, France, Gemany ), America ( USA, Brazil), Asia (Japanese, Indonesia, India, China). As well, we constantly buy new equipments and provide some professional trainings to improve the C/F designing&manufacturing abilities, in order to make more and more high quality C/F for customer. Now we have the machine like . Hexagon CMM from Italian ( 5000x 4000 x 3000mm * 1 set, 3300 x 2000 x 1500mm * 1 set, 1200 x 1000 x 800mm *3 sets ). Tokyo Trade CMM (6000*4000 * 2sets, 4000*3000 * 3sets) CNC (2100*1740*900mm) *1 set 1580*800*900mm 800*500*600mm 4 sets.And other machines like Grading machine, Milling machine and so on. Our company is located in NO.2, Huamei Road, Xitailong Village Industrial Area, Shatian Town, DongGuan City, GuangDong Province.
