Total: 6.000.000 MT

The price of crude oil sold under the present Contract, F.O.B. - port of Butinge is established in US dollars per barrel net on the basis of the quotations published in PLATTS CRUDE OIL MARKETWIRE for URALS URALS (Rotterdam) as arithmetic average for 3 days (one day previous to B/L date, day of B/L extract, one day after B/L extract), minus the discount at a rate of USD 2,25 (two dollars twenty five cents) for 1 (one) barrel GROSS; USD 2,0 (two dollars) for 1 (one) barrel NET.

Commission for buyers party: u$s 0,0833 per barrel.-
