Our products have the characteristic of adapting to our customer needs and can be used at an industrial level to conform other products or to be commercialized directly. In addition, the processes used in DEFRUT present characteristics that make them different from the ones of our competitors and we visualize the necessity of differentiating the excellent quality of our products.DEFRUT started as a mom-and-pop business which arose from the founders drive to preserve natural food for longer than the normal expiring time without sacrificing its original taste and nutritional properties. Throughout the past 20 years, as a result of continuous and hard work, DEFRUT has considerably grown in both, size and sales; and in the past three years it has triplicated its annual sales.In this sense, the R&D department of the company has focused on the developing of Mexican food products that offer the typical Mexican flavor and which are of easy and quick preparation. As a result, our dehydrated products were born as a new product line of DEFRUT trademark that offers an excellent alternative to healthy Mexican food to the consumer that either does not have easy access to the required ingredients to prepare this kind of food, or lacks the required time to prepare it, or simply would like to simplify the cooking and save some time.DEFRUT counts on different processes that assure the natural food preservation; as well as the foods natural properties and contributes to a more natural aspect of the product.
