Green Dot&＃39;s manufacturing facilities today are built over 60,000 sq. ft. located in Sahibabad Industrial Area, in the Northern State of India, Uttar Pradesh. The Company maintains well equipped Laboratories for Type and Routine tests for all National & International Standards. We have established strict QC processes on our raw materials, from sourcing to production to delivery stages. Our production process is continually monitored by modern IT systems. Several techniques have been introduced periodically to enhance quality in our production process. For example, the Surge Comparison Test on the coils, a set of 9 Data Loggers helps us identify issues proactively. The Company adopts standard methods of Testing for Type & Routine Tests. We have fully setup up lab for testing Servo stabilizers and Variable Transformers as per IS-9815 and IS:5132. Variable transformers have been Type tested as per IS- 9815 & IS 5142 at approved labs.Our R&D teams are not only innovating new products, they are always striving to develop improvements in our products. It has given substantial lead and direction to the industry in this line. For example, The Micro Controller Based Servo Stabiliser has been a pride product of the company developed after years of dedicated effort These systems are designed to be easy to maintain and service over the years of usage , have unparalleled safety features as well as consumer friendly displays with Digital Read Outs.
