Greenway (Ningbo) Water Technologies Ltd. is a joint venture, established by Greenway Home Products of Guelph, Canada and AQUA GROUP of Ningbo, China. Established in 2001, Greenway is a manufacturer and supplier of consumer home products, supplying on innovative water, heat, air, ice, environmental and specialty home products to North America's largest customers and specialty channels. Greenway Water Technologies, an operating Division of Greenway Home Products in North America, is considered as a market leader in the North American residential water treatment market.

Established in 1996, AQUA GROUP has developed into a comprehensive group company engaged in the design, development, manufacturing, final assembly and distribution of water dispensers to more than 40 countries worldwide, and is known as one of China's largest manufacturers of stainless steel cold/hot tanks and dispenser components with the annual production of over 12 million sets.
