The group was established on March 7th 2006 and has enterprises such as HF automobile factory, Dongan engine factory, Dongan engine manufacturing company Ltd., Dongan Electro-mechanic company, Shenzhen and Hafei Motor Co., Ltdihai subsidiaries.
