  Iron wood and mesquite wood it comes in log form or any size cuts you need. The Iron Wood comes in several color from lighter to darker. lighter being yellowish in color reds and brown to the darker color. This is a very hard wood and if used for cooking burns very hot.  
  The Mesquite wood is used in cooking and it gives the food a mesquite smoked flavor.
  The Iron Wood is great for wood carvings for artist.
