Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA), a non-profit distributing, independent assessment and certification body, was established by the Hong Kong Government Industry Department in 1989.
Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency mission is to promote management excellence to industry and to deliver world class, value added assessment and management system and product certification services. In keeping pace with the global direction and changing customer needs, HKQAA is relentlessly exploring new opportunities to serve the market. In the past 16 years, we had not only increased in the number of certificates significantly, but strengthened the credibility of our services with multi-accreditation and introduced to our clients and the market, many vital management system assessment services in the areas of quality, environmental, health and safety, corporate social responsibility and so on. With over 3, 000 certificates spanning over various industries and accounted for more than 50% of Hong Kong market, HKQAA is one of the leading certification bodies in China, serving client organizations in Hong Kong and Mainland China, as well as those in other Asian countries.
