Hongzhi Industry Co., Ltd was founded in Oct 2001. The business includes mould design & manufacture, plastic injection, aluminum alloy die casting, finished machining, and surface treatment. There are 2 plants (all of them achieved ISO9001 certification) in Dongguan City. Each plant takes area about 20, 000 m2. The products cover Household Appliance, IT, Telecommunication, Electronic & Automotive. Most of customers are in Europe, Japan & America. The tooling capacity is over 800 sets per year. There are 32 sets of injection machines from 40T to 1300T , some of them are imported from Japan. There are 16 sets of die casting machines from 200T to 1000T, the annual output of Aluminum die casting parts are over 4000T. Equipped with CMM, projector and so on.
