Hydrobolt Ltd supplies into 3 broad niches: 1. Multi-million pound [GBP] stockist of petrochemical grade fasteners. 2. Manufacturing supplier: fasteners/ turned parts to bespoke technical drawings /known standards - DIN, ASTM, NORKSE etc. (Carbon, Stainless & Exotic materials) 3. Pipeline Division - Pipes, Fittings, Flanges and associated product(s). The group runs a fully integrated ERP software to manage materials and monitor production. This systems allows for rapid responses to customer needs, high quality and reproductability at the most economic route possible. Hydrobolt Group Ltd has extensive experience both domestically and internationally in the supply of both standard petrochemical fasteners from stock through to Hydrobolt Ltd core business of manufactured fasteners and turned parts in materials ranging from Carbon/Stainless steels in high/low temperature environments to the exotic material grades such as Durehete 950 & 1055, Inconel (600, 625, 718, 800 and 925) Monel (400, K500), Hastelloy (C22 and C276) , Nitronic (50 and 60), Nimonic 80A, 21CrMoV57, X19 & X22, 1.7729 etc. These items are manufactured both to existing standards, DIN, ASTM etc and to bespoke technical drawings. Components are offered with a range of certification from COC, 3.1b to 3.2, all dependant of the specific requirement of the individual client. We have recently developed a brand new division to specifically for the pipes, fittings and flanges sector and to be a one stop shop package supplier. Our niche here is fast turn around, special requirement(s) and special material(s) etc. O&G/Petrochemical - Up, Mid and Downstream. Hydrobolt Group Ltd has upwards of 4 million pounds GBP, of petrochemical grade fastener stock available. Materials include: 31803 (Duplex), 32760 (Super Duplex) SA, FG and FLT, 660A, B and D, B7/2H, B7M/2HM, L7/Gr 4, B16, B8C, R and S, B8/M and T class 1 and 2 and others. Items can be coated in specific requirements ranging from Zinc, Hot Dip Galvanising to PTFE to Cadmium and others in between. Other ancillary process offered are heat treatments, quenching and tempering, nitriding and solution annealing to name but a few. About 65% of our business is exported throughout the world so you should have no fears about us supplying from our manufacturing/stockist site here in the U.K. As a group of companies we have extensive international project experience in the supply to O&G, Petrochemical sector manufacturers, flow and process companies across the board from power plant to refinery to LNG. Hydrobolt Group Ltd holds both manufacturing and supply approvals from the likes of Eni, Saudi Aramco to EXXON MOBIL. Power Generation. To give you an idea of performance we are independently inspected by and approved to supply direct to the likes of Siemens and Alstom for gas/steam turbine components both to power plants and to the manufacturing centers internationally. We currently supply the entirety of the nuclear fleet here in the UK ranging from Gas/Steam turbine/boiler and valve spares through to the flask lid & R.C.P. bolting. Alongside this we have supply to thermal, Hydro and other renewable power sites both domestically and internationally. Hydrobolt has considerable manufacturing expertise and an experienced workforce able to offer reverse engineering. This is popular with the power stations we already deal with as there is not always a drawing available to work to at a moments notice, only a spare or a used component. Pipeline Division. Having supplied special fasteners and studbolts to the energy industries for over 20 years, the Groups product range has now been expanded to include pipe, fittings, flanges, gaskets and associated product. The divisions niches are: Special flanges and fittings made to order also bespoke technical drawings especially in materials such as Duplex/Super Duplex. Small/Medium packages - pipeline and associated product(s). API subsea flanges, crosses, tees. Other standards worked to are; NORSOK, ANSI and Euronorm. Heavy wall items. High pressure/Special ratings. Hi yield carbon Steel. Finned tube Special testing requirements in house.
