In our business we have incorporated important strategic commitment to meet the needs and requirements of our customers / consumers, following modern business trends and market demands, and to protect the interests of our business partners! In the future, the focus of our business activities will be concentrated on HEAVEN brand, for widespread use of natural spring water which possesses exceptional quality and beneficial characteristics for human health. The manufacturing process is carried out by the latest technology, under the quality and safety control performed by the laboratory in the factory, as well as by accredited State Institutions…making sure that our valued customers have a high quality product that is safe for their health! Mission of INSTEL Company is to identifying and satisfying customer needs through continuous development of our products and services, then informative education of consumers in the way to spread awareness about the culture of drinking, quality, nutritionally values and about health benefits of the natural spring water. Our business Vision is that through continual work and business activities - together with the existing business engagements of the Company - to become a significant producer of natural spring water, the most recognizable brand in the market which is in every way suitable and attractive to our valued customers in the domestic market, customers in the neighboring countries and on the markets that we do export! Currently we are taking action to distribute water in the domestic market to ensure Heaven water available to most of our valued customers. We have serious plans in terms of export activities, and we are already at the stage of preparation of business arrangements with neighboring countries: Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia…In Serbia is already underway to open HEAVEN Company to adequately implement our serious plans in this market. We are also in the middle of talks to export HEAVEN natural spring water in Russia and countries of the former Soviet Union, then to Switzerland, and in some Arab countries…because our business partners are convinced that we have a high quality product, manufactured using modern technology with the application of high standards in terms of product quality and safety for human use!
