The International CInternational Court Of Arbitation In Europet of Arbitration in Europe (&＃039;ICAE&＃039;) is a unique dispute resolution court for international business people and entities as it resolves disputes before it by written submissions only. Because of this, Applicants, Defendants and their Representatives, are saved considerable cost and time by their not having to attend the hearings of the court by personal appearance. The ICAE is registered in the Arbitration Courts Register of the Republic of Latvia in the European Union as a permanent arbitration court. It is established and regulated in accordance with the provisions of the United Nations Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards of 1958 (New York Convention); Part D of the Civil Procedure Law of the Republic of Latvia and other relevant laws and provisions regulating the recognition and enforcement of arbitration court awards.
