Company Description

Intracs Middle East Limited, was formed through its founder (Al-Haj Nasser Abdurabu Al Kharaz in 1966, and was formerly known as Yemen Transportation and Services Company (YTASC). YTASC carried out many contracts for INTRACS Middle Eaststern companies' throughout the Republic of Yemen, and was the sole sub-contractor for the Marib Dam project. Through the contract, the services provided by YTASC included transportation, clearing and forwarding all required construction equipment by land, sea and air. In 1991, YTASC formed a branch in Sana'a, and the following year, relocated the head office from Marib to the capital. From experience gained, coupled with a level of service "second to none", further contracts were awarded, including, but not limited to, Nabors Drilling, Supply and Service International (SSI) and International Catering Services (INCAS).When INCAS ceased operations in Yemen, YTASC took the decision to purchase all of their fixed assets and retained the most experienced members of staff, both local and expatriate. YTASC then formed a catering division, and renamed the company to that of Intarcs Middle East Ltd.By the turn of the new millennium our Intracs team of professionals with diverse skills and academic backgrounds has transformed the company into a multi million dollar operation. With our commitment to continued investment, coupled with a fresh thinking approach that has transformed Intracs into one of the largest and most divers companies within the Republic of Yemen.
