ITALICA *****., a private-own Italian Company, near Bologna city located, since years is being specialized on design, develop and production of blade Granulators, industrially used for automatic size reduction of plastics to small grains (1 cm, according to Customer&＃039;s requirements). The aim is for recycling process purposes (end-of-life goods to be re-produced in new ones for environmental, costs and actual energy-savings), and to re-insert scraps and just-made plastic items in automatic line process whether defective found. The ITALICA own patent concerns the design of its "heart", the milling blade-rotor, composed by some "star" cutting sections on its poITALICA Srlr-shaft are turn adjustable to form helical, forward or reverse-wedge shapes. It is possible to process therefore any kind and shape (hollow or solid) of plastics, (vegetable/fruit boxes, lube tanks, bulks, water/gas transport pipes, profiles, extrusion / moulding feedheads, flashes, scraps, etc.) and also to keep the maximum in efficiency and productivity at top level, up to 3.300 Kgs/hr and more. Optional automatic belt-conveyors may feed the hopper continuously by plastic materials to be processed, equipped of metal detector to stop metallic inclusions. The granule collecting pool is equipped of vacuum suction AC motor fan, steel piping system, cyclone device for air and dust separations, to fill and stock the granule product in large big bags automatically.
