Company Description

Eigen is a unit of KDDL Ltd, which belongs to Saboo Business Group, Head Quartered at Chandigarh, India. Eigen unit is located at Bangalore and is ISO 9001: 2000 certified. TS 16949 and AS 9100 are under implementation. The unit designs and develops press tools and supplies precision sheet metal components (stamped / pressed parts) to various companies in India and around the globe mainly concentrating in automotive, electrical, electronic, telecom, instrumentation, aerospace and medical sectors. The group has factories in Bangalore, Derabassi, Parwanoo and Switzerland and is listed in Mumbai Stock exchange as KDDL Ltd.
KDDL LTD (Unit Eigen) design and develop press tools / dies and manufacture stamped components in thicknesses starting from 0. 05mm and use materials like Stainless steel (various grades) , Phosphor Bronze, Brass, Cu, Beryllium Copper, Copper Nickel, Maillichart, Mumetal, Magnetic Iron, Nysilver, Mylar, CRCA, HRCA, Silver Clad, Aluminum, Phynox, Inconel, Silver Magnesium Nickel, Spring steel, Telcon, Titanium, sandwiched sheets and other various proprietary materials. We supply parts with Nickel, Tin, Gold, Silver, Zinc, and various other plating / coatings.
Imported high speed presses running at even 1000 SPM, enables us to meet customer demands which ranges from as low as 100 parts per month to Millions per month for various customers. In-house CNC vacuum heat treatment facility gives us better control over heat treatment procedures for tool elements as well as components.

Tool Design:
We have a strong Tool design team with experience of more than 20-25 years in precision tooling and trained in Switzerland and Japan. Our design team uses latest software like Solidworks, Unigraphics and Auto CAD 2009.
Tool Development / Tool Room:
We have skilled toolmakers from NTTF, GTTC etc. trained in precision tooling headed by Veterans with more than 25 years experience. Our tool room facility includes:
