INTRODUCTION:
LATHA NON FERROUS CASTINGS extremely pleased to introduce ourselves as one of the largest manufacturers of Non Ferrous Copper Alloy Castings in India. Our Company established in the year of 1991, by Quality person Mr. A. Velusamy. We manufacture any kind of products as per customer required.
SCOPE:
Manufacture of Quality and graded Non Ferrous Copper Alloy Castings in rough and machined condition with Centrifugal Castings.
LOCATION:
Our Factory and Head office is in a compound. Our unit is located next to Sulur Airforce on Trichy main road at 25 KM from Coimbatore City. The factory has own vehicle facility for delivery and easily connected to all transport at Coimbatore.
MANUFACTURING CAPACITY:
We have a capacity to manufacture 60 tons of castings per month. At present we have a capacity to manufacture 3. 5 ton as a single piece in centrifugal castings.
MANUFACTURING METHOD:
We manufacture any types of Quality Non ferrous Copper Alloy castings by using following methods,
1 Centrifugal Die Castings,
2 Gravity Die Castings,
3 Sand Castings,
4 Shell Mould,
5 Co2 Mould and
6 Air set Mould
