The LAU-FEDERN LTD.The company was founded in the present form 1997.The main activity of the company is producing feather filling material for the garment industry.Lau-Federn Kft. process both raw and washed material according to RAL and EN norms using goose and duck feathers as raw materials.We purchase the raw materials from natural and industrial sources. We have a lot of direct connection to the poultry farmers in Hungary, so the conditions and technology of the farms are well-known. With our sorting machines we are able to handle and process the feathers of each farms separately.It is a big advantage in contrast to feather processing factories, who collect and homogenise the feather raw materials in big quantities. The raw materials of different quality are handled and processed with the processing machines of the company according to the customers needs. The daily processing capacity of the company is 5000 kg raw feather at present.We extended our activity with the production of confectioned products.Our daily production capacity in this field is 450 quilts and 1000-3000 pillows. The filling material of our products are as follows:100% down, semi-down, feather according to MSZ and EN norms, sterilised at a temperature of 90-170 degree centigrade. We can guarantee that they are antiallergeen and free of bacteriums.Our sortiment contains pillows of different sizes with different filling materials and inlets.Although we are present at the European and home markets, we receive the most of the inquiries from markets of Asia.The expansion of the market arent up to the facilities and knowhow of the company, evironmental and personal factors are available, that is why we are open-minded for every kind of innovation.
