• Linyi Haoyuan Plastics is is mainly engaged in extension processing of PVC products and mainly processes and produces PVC profiled bars, PVC doors and windows, PVC granules sealing rubber strips, etc. Main products of the company include 60, 80, 85 and 88 PVC section bars and PVC special granules. Tested by national authoritative departments, the technical indexes of PVC profiled bars of the company have all reached GB/T8814-2004 and some indexes are higher than those regulated by the requirements of national standard. The overall window series have the characteristics of attractive appearance, reasonable structure and convenient processing, are capable of being installed with high-grade hardware, and have superior heat-preserving and sealing performance. The company has comprehensively passed the certification of ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System. The PVC granules produced by the company are widely applied to production fields such as cables, shoes, pipes, hoses, fittings, blown bottles and injection molding. The company is also capable of processing aggregates for special purpose for customers. It adopts Austria Xinnati 80 taper type twin screw extruder and Italian 80 parallel twin-screw extruder, ensuring first-class product quality.
