The Vision of our company is to become the world first producer of genuine and hygenic bird's nests without using bleaching agents, preservatives, colourants, chemical, and additives by latest scientific research of bird's nests. The Mission of our company is to educate public regarding the knowledge of authetic bird's nests and its nutritional values. Our objectives are to produce as much as pure bird's nests. With recent research with local University, we noticed that if bird's nest was to undergo bleaching process, its nutritional values like soluble amino-acids will be washed away. We noticed that if bird's nest moisture contents is more than 30% , microorganisms will grow rapidly and contaminated nest. With double boil process, the microorganism will survive since temperature is lower than 90 degree Celcius. We use freeze dry process to preserve our nest so as keeping the moisture content less than 15% . An ideal indicator for preserving nests. We believe giving our customers extra services by using HPLC to qualifyAuthentic bird's nest and heavy metal like mercury, lead, arsenic and so on.
