Company Description

The name SC MOBIROM-SA Caransebes, was established on 04th of April 1995. This was the culmination of an evolution of an old tradition in industrial manufacturing, wich was involved in a wide range of activities. The modern history of SC MOBIROM-SA Caransebes started on 04th of April 1995 when this factory was separated from the ex-Woodworking Factory (CPL) Caransebes (this factory became in 1990 SC MOCARS-SA Caransebes) . This decision was made to allow SC Mobirom concentrate on Chair and Furniture Production independently of other sectors. The Chair production increased very much, with new Customers ordering in significant quantities. MOBIROM SA have developed strong partnerships with these Customers and many from England, Ireland, Holland, Belgium, France, Hungary continue today to be significant partners for MOBIROM. In 1998 we began producing Tables production, wich required the purchase of many modern new machines and drying equipment. This allowed us increase our capacity in Tables and Chairs to match the growth in demand for our products. Year by year our factory has increased its range and models of furniture and also improved production technology by replacing old equipment with modern new purpose built machines. We have added new building and to our facility to accommodate new production lines including Carver Chairs and also Solid Seats. In 2002 we completedour new Production Line for Solid Wood FurnitureThe vast majority of our Staff are skilled and formally qualified. SC MOBIROM-SA has its own Quality Department, Colour Laboratory and Prototype Workshop. Together these departments ensure that all our products are produced to the highest standards and also ensure Customer Designs are produced efficiently.
