Municipal unitary enterprise Minskhlebprom was formed in may of 1972. Today this enterprise is one of the biggest in the bread baking industry of Belarus. Minskhlebprom includes 7 bread baking plants, repair and engineering plant, boarding house for 260 persons, 3 hostels, 14 bake shops and several minibakeries. The number of employees of the enterprise is about 3500 people. The oldest plant (bread baking plant number 2) was created 100 yeas ago. HoMUE Minskhlebpromver, all plants of Minskhlebprom have technologically new, modern and highly productive equipment of wellknown European companies: Mive, Daup, Gosto etc. Productive powers of Minskhlebprom allow to produce about 335 tons of bread baking goods a day, 27 tons of confectionery (cakes, pastries), more then 16 tons of crust products, 14 tons of spice cakes and COOKIEs. It goes without saying that the main product is bread. More then 75 types of bread include rye breads, white breads, breads with long terms of storing and produced using four level technology. Among the most popular brands are Narochanskij, Ubilarnij, Starozhevskij, Radzivilovskij. Diet and diabetic products (more then 35 positions) as well as non yeast breads, baked by the special non yeast technology, are in the list of manufactured goods. Minskhlebprom proposes more then 150 types of rolls and buns. The most popular among consumers are Pletenka Lyavoniha, Ukrainskaya, different holiday and souvenir cakes, etc. The production of crust products are performed by bread baking plants numbers 1, 5, Automate. Common productivity power of this plants is more then 12 tons of sooshka and 10 tons of crust a day. Choice of this products is very large (more then 85 positions) vanilla sooshka and crust, with sesame, coconut, glazed, etc. Traditionally popular among consumers such product as oatmeal COOKIEs (20 positions).
