NH Chemicals was established in 1996 as a joint-venture betNH Chemicals Ltd.en Namhung Co., Ltd. and Inspec Group to produce Polyalkylene Glycol (PAG).During the last 15 years, NH has grown to be a significant regional player in non-ionic surfactants raw materials. To reinforce competitiveness, NH has completed a new manufacturing facility at Ulsan petrochemical complex and will move the old plant to the site by the end of June, 2011.

As a small to medium sized chemical firm, NH Chemicals specializes in Polyakylene Glycols(PAGs) and tailor-made products. "To contribute to customers and community with quality products" has been NH Chemicals' vision statement.
