Company Description

I have a company base in Indonesia which will process yNickelodia requirements for nickel ore.We deal directly with the mine owners/operators and not with any agents, thus having the ability to provide you with a very competitive price.
Currently we are operating with strict confidentiality with all our buyers and sellers. You will need to agree to the payment terms as below before we can proceed to sign a contract. If you agree on the payment terms as stated below, we will send your organization, our contract for review and process our enquiries.

Detail:
Vessel Charting, Shipping, Demurrage/Dispatch

Vessel party should be confirmed by Seller before the laycan.
(A) The Buyer shall provide the cargo carrying vessel shall guarantee to be loaded at the rate of 5,000 to 8,000 wet metric tons per weather working day (PWWD SHINC).  
(B) The Buyer will nominate the performing vessel together with its details, after signing this S&P Contract by the Seller and at least 10 days prior to the commencement of the laycan days, as agreed by both parties for the said shipment. The Sellers shall make every endeavor to give his approval to the vessel nomination within one working day.

Payment Terms:
1.1 Within 5 working days after signing the Contract, the Buyer perform inspection at stock pile. Buyer pay to seller by T/T as follow :
a. 40% after the contact is signed
b. 40% after loading on Mother Vessel.
c. 20% after full export documents completed.
